Executive Chef and North Carolina native Josh Chapman leads the culinary team at The Lucky Duck gastropub. Chapmanʼs culinary experience spans diverse cuisines and distinct styles all demonstrated by The Lucky Duckʼs multicultural menu offerings. His most noteworthy position was a six-year dedication at popular Asheville restaurant, Corner Kitchen, where he rose through the ranks and eventually held the title of Executive Chef. He has taken to his new home in Fort Mill like a duck takes to water and is elevating familiar favorites all with an eco-minded, culinary focus.
